Refunds
We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee on our CitriChel product. If you are not satisfied for any reason just send the bottles back to us. Return the items to shipping address below. Please include your name and order number. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If we can verify your purchase, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

  • For PayPal balance payments, the refund is credited to the sender's PayPal balance.

  • For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to the sender's card (it can take up 30 days depending on the card issuer), but usually 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
Depending on your bank, it usually takes 3-5 business days for refunds to post. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cust.serv@divinisal.com.

Returns
For resellers and wholesalers, our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you must send the bottles back to us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cust.serv@divinisal.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note, we can only refund entire cost of original order, therefore we cannot reimburse the cost of return shipping.
